Any devolution proposal should be based on Indian model of power devolution within the soverignty of sri lanka. Under the federal systems all people(sinhalese and Tamils, muslims ) living in the north and northeast can be participated in the administration run by Tamils

There should not be any parlement power on this devolution or federal systems for the North and Northeast. Every clause should be based on the original demands of Tamils since the independence of this country.

There should be a solution on all recent sinhalese migrated population in the Eastern province under the cover of this civil war.Should be brought down to the down south to their orignal birth place.

There won't be any peace for Tamils while their traditional homeland are occupied bynew wave of sinhalese immigration or colonial settlements .

It is just like that Palestenian can not have their land while there are millions of Isralis forcefully occupied and living since 1967 under the cover of war.

Only way is shut the mouth and wait as all others are doing.

President and SL Police must take the full responsibility.

Its a shame on your admin..

ACT now..these things are easy to do than taking down the oil price.

Tigers are being killed like flies on the northern front.

Separate clashes in nearby Mannar district killed four insurgents and one soldier, he said, speaking on condition
