Dear Tiger Lady,
you hopefully know, that i do respect you and Tamil people a lot as much i do feel sad about any lost life. But you do read a litle bit confused :-)
now the Tamils see the ltte as their savior because the killers are Sinhalese.
we want the Sinhalese killing the Tamils in the name of killing the ltte in the hope of wiping out the Tamils from the north and east and the tactical support by india and the USA to the gosl for this purpose STOPPED.
I do know, that it is not Tamils in general who rate LTTE as their saviors! Those that i have met have a fairly normal life in SLwhich would even be a lot better without LTTE breakaway ambitions and the ongoing fight.
As said, i have not met anyone who has any wishes to wipe out Tamils. Even guys slightly extreme lads like Vini and AnuD do not seem to have any problems with welcoming peaceful Tamils as their Sri Lankan brothers and sisters.
Certainly it is not only India and the USA who have zero tolerance for militant separatists who operate against any civilized law.
The IC had at least managed to stop Serbian genocide freaks and they would do the same if Mahinda might come up with similar plans.
At this moment it is purely militant VP who is disturbing a a peaceful future for all Sri Lankans.
He should have the guts to declare a one sided seizefire and a full stop to any militant activities which are 100% illegal.
Thats all that is required to finish that awful misery. |

the one man show and the one sided ceasefire is needed to bring peace to the entire island how nice,,?? :))
anyway lets look at it a bit deeper and the possibilities,,
solution 1) the ltte it self disarm completely or the army routes the ltte.
solution 2)the ltte routes the srilankan army or the army kindly vacates from the north and east for various reasons,
solution 3) the ltte and the army reach a protracted military stalemate and reach a fair agreement and adhere to it fully.
solution 4)the ltte and the army reach a protracted military stalemate and reach a fair agreement and later the Sri Lankan government reneges on the agreements gradually , and the majority Sinhalese continue to discriminate and oppress the minority Tamils.

now , it has been the history that srilanka cheated the Tamils with every peace pact since 1956. you are asking the ltte to disarm while there is no fair mechanism for the Tamils to hang on,,
is that the kind of solution you want?? you want the Tamils to enter into submission?? i would say no to it, no one in the world should go through such experience in their life,,
we can look at each of the possibilities separately but you wanted the ltte to dis arm without any solution,, so i would say that is quite impossible because even the moderate tamil too will not agree,,
for example see what this side show sangary a proper govt puppet and a devoted anti-ltte had to say to this new invention of this govt under the name of the APRC proposal,,,,

Dear Tiger Lady,
Tamils need to rebuild their political and economic foundation in SL together with Muslim and Sinhalese democrats.
There is no other option.
There are many Tamils who are not happy with LTTE and their militant approach which is nothing but a deadly dead end street for all.
Plase do not refer to much to the past. Today is a different world and LTTE needs to adjust to that as much as gosl.
Both have their problems with adjusting themselves to better developed nations. But there is no alternative road.
Yes, LTTE should better stop all militant breakaway activities and become a normal political movement.
Sorry, but that is my honest opinion ...
