Mmm, well done karuna!! tell about mahinda too,
The prosecution said that Karuna had implicated the government of Sri Lanka and the defence secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa of providing the travel documents including the diplomatic passport for him to enter the United Kingdom
On Thursday, Foreign minister Rohitha Bogollagama denied any involvement of the government in providing a diplomatic passport and a third person note to facilitate Karuna's visa to enter the UK.

Gotha, what a guy. He provided the travel documents to Karuna to go to UK and now he's providing the travel documents to VP to go to hell. |

Reading Karuna's statement at the open court, the prossecution said President's Rajapaksa's younger brother was known to him since he defected from the LTTE.
The prosecutor said he pleaded guilty to a criminal offence under British immigration law, but said it was the Sri Lankan government that arranged a diplomatic passport for him.
The passport was given to him only inside the plane bound to UK, according to the statement.

First tier targets in any campaign is military logistics including transportation. I am sure the Tigers are well aware of this, so placing many resources 'parked' in a single local is pure stupidity. Which I doubt, cause they are not the SLA!
They would have come in 'droves' .. and with 'rescue' equipment (including heavy 'earth moving' eqpt), to clear the site and 'extract' trapped VIPs, and the dead & injured Pandiyan Regiment guards-men (special guards-unit of VP). Buses, Ambulances, Trucks, Pajeros and 4-WD vehicles (of senior officers of the LTTE) .. would all have been parked together in one spot. And seems to have been 'taken-out'. Good job ! (Yes, it sounds a little 'stupid' to place them all together .. but with the 'pressure of events', they may have been distracted).
That is putting it 'charitably' .. if you look at their record, the LTTE (including VP), have made any number of mistakes & mis-calculations.

For those who are confused...
Meanwhile the SLAF destroyed an LTTE vehicle yard situated 2km west of Depot Junction in Kilinochchi, along the A9 Highway around 7.30am. The location was used as a parking yard and garage facility for the LTTE's military and administrative wings. The importance of the location to LTTE was manifest in the AA batteries situated in the area.
