Can someone shed some light as to what the 13th amendment is all about? Not that it will make any difference to the current stalemate that SL is enjoying.
Is this GOSL's way of telling the world that they are looking at a political solution and they are serious about it or is it just another delaying ploy while the country slides even further? |

After 2 years of talk they are approving what is already there. What a waste?
We do need to ignite anothe flame in South again. Whatever it is we have altready established PC's. So we now need to use them to find a solution to ethnic problem. |

Tamilchelvan was not a barber by occupation. His father was a barber, and he was a student in colombo before joining LTTE. even if he was a barber, what is the shame? at least he is not occupying someone elses house, land, farm, like your GOSL parasites are doing in Northeast.
