13th amendment was a solution to Sinhalese & Tamil extremism.

How?

Extremists of both parties will not be affected by this but the moderate Tamils will be affected as they have to work within the system created and people appointed by corrupt politicians in Colombo.

Unless you have control the system will not work. Example: The current parliamentary system, Ranil with best of intention tried to solve but what did Chandrika do? Was that decision in the interest of the country and people or plain politics?

In what way are the proposals going to bring permanent peace and resolve the ethnic issues?

Today another beautiful day to blow some of 'SLA parasites' to celebrate the successful approval of '13th amendment' in Banana Republic.

It is even better, if LTTE killed these maggots in South.

I dint know that IC gets their A__ polished. So that is what you guys do. Am I guessing correct if I say that you guys put the polishing cloth around the neck. MR does not go anywhere without it. Now I know the reason why.
