APRC: Hoodwinking the International Community one more time with another deadline?

13th amendment to the Sri Lankan constitution, which came into existence with the Indo-Lanka accord but to date not implemented even partially. This amendment only amalgamated both the northern and eastern provinces into one North-East province, the Tamil homeland. But this merger was recently made null and void by the Supreme Court in response to a case filed by the JVP on the grounds that the merger was carried out through wrong procedures.

APRC did not have a choice. The 13th amendment was pushed down their throat by MR. The big Dutugumunu dint have a choice nor balls either because this was dictated by India.

So much for the sovereign Independent Republic.


13th amendment was a solution to Sinhalese & Tamil extremism.

Eliminating Sinhalese & Tamil extremism is the solution to long lasting peace and prosperity.

Oh , now i know why they have agreed for 13 amendments , they all chicken out .

I like to see the reaction of JVP in the coming days. Let see what the big sayodara's are going to do. They promised to dissolve the govt. Let see whether they are a new breed of Sinhalese or the same all noise no shi* type.

GOSL supporters in LNP are talking BS now.

They know that they are talking Bull 55it...and cannot defend MR, but do not want to accepet it! Shame on you guys!
