It is the USA who gave all the intel information about LTTE ships coming towards Sri Lanka.
Unlike in the past, they have not even hijacked civilian ships. Keen on maritime security, the US has extended its protective cover to Sri Lanka.
Diplomatic sources told IANS that the US would not want the Colombo and Trincomalee ports to be used by arms smugglers, whether belonging to the LTTE or Al Qaeda. |

13 amendment and new proposal going to bring some $$ to lanka when they beg.MR rushing bcz he knows well what will happen next, They talked about finishing tigers first now what happen???
JVP JHU have agreed , bcz mahinda has advice/threatened JVP, that no one will give money to the Govr if they disagree when GOSL beg, (japan/EU).'Sago-the-rooyos got scared.
Anyway 13 amendment is a big drama for ordinary tamils and tigers, All what tamils wants is a Federal/con fed or eelam,
Its useless to discuss packages/agreements/amendments, 50 years history proves all.
Inflation have gone up, petrol prices gone up, 1 kg vegs gone up close to Rs120, fish rs over 600-1000(in vanni veg Rs 30, fish Rs100 rice going cheap over produced)GOSL Begging and selling will help the people on short term, on a LONG TERM all going to suffer.

India the business minded govt fooling the sri lankans, They are buying all the profit making companies, Govt has agreed to sell KKS cement factory now. All what Indian companies who have invested in lanka wants is finish the tigers and so they can fool the rest of the sri lankans easily, so these big companies(IOC,moblie com,....) who are very close with Indian govt puching Central govt of india to help lanka.
Tigers cant wait too long now,before Indian companies who are playing a big role in destroying them.

Indains are making money using lankan war,
Even Colombo harbor has lost a lot to Madras habour in the last year(more container to madras) , Ships are going towards Madras, we are incresing Taxes/container charges/handling/doc have gone up to help the war. Lankans are losers.
