People should be aware of the conspiracy between VP and MR. All this is in the secret pact. Once this is implemented, LTTE will have a cake walk over east and north. They will have police force, etc. etc. This is MR's gift to VP in addition to the money paid.
While devolution of power is a must, it should be not be done under the table type of deal just like the 2005 presidential election.

Remember the end of 17year rule by UNP in 93 or 94?
there were fears that there would be 'poalims'.
after a while there were none. I asked a die-hard UNP guy
( a royalist mind you) whether he noticed any shortages -
in parippu for example.
The guys says -'hingayaknanam thawama nae-ey wunaata daen parippu baalayi'
Raigams remind me of that guy!

At this rate, very soon we will be forced to send our domestic helpers to India for living.
There will be higher demand in Eelam for domestics, in a few years!
