A villager of Telambugolla, who had taken his gun out and started shooting in all directions...
Who ever has gun could not be considered as a 'innocent civilian'. Deserve to be shot down! |

Again 20 yrs bckward...don't work.
I agree !! I hope GoSL repeat the mistakes.
What is important now is to kill every LTTE terrorist.
Nobody needs 13 ammendment or any devolution.

Nobody needs 13 ammendment or any devolution.
We need devolution of power to develop Sri Lanka, serve the population effectively and improve the living standards of everyone.
Not to satisfy the 1% extremists demands.

Peacemaker,

Not to satisfy the 1% extremists demands.
We need to prioratise things. First thing is first.
Eradicate terrorism first. As long as LTTE terrorists exists there should be No Devolution. No power sharing.
Remember what Wrdaraja Perumal did after giving Provicial Councils in North East province. His first task was to hoist the Ealm flag on the first day. And he formed a Army saying its the NE Police. Ultimately his 'police' killed 800 police men at point blank range with in one night.
Devolution power when there is a terrorism is like the Sinhala Proverb 'Wandurata Delipihiya Dunna Wage'.

Pharoah,
Tamilchelvan was not a barber by occupation. His father was a barber, and he was a student in colombo before joining LTTE. even if he was a barber, what is the shame? at least he is not occupying someone elses house, land, farm, like your GOSL parasites are doing in Northeast.
Very well said and the message is crystal clear to the blind people.

The main reason to increase the LTTE casualties in North is that. They have replaced women children and newly trained carders (disposables)and reserve old and trained carders for later use.
This was proved by Iqbal Athas, Situation report (Sunday times).
a letter found in the possession of a dead female cadre. She had written it to her family but was killed before it was delivered. In that she had enumerated the difficulties she had in the battlefield with no food or drink. She had also spoken of her immediate seniors not caring about her welfare. The other is the switch in guerrilla strength in the area. Older male cadres had been replaced with younger ones, mostly females. |

Kanthun,
SO what the 13th amendment effectively does is give complete power to the president and president's lackies.. and gives the elected provincial ministers nothing more than an opportunity to sit tight and look pretty!
...but this will give some Tamils a golden opportunity to thrive on the crumbs thrown by the President for nodding their heads all the time for all the things at all the places.
The very moderate (or Modaya??) Tamil leaders like Sangary, doggy, Karuna, Pillayan, etc will have a bright future.
Again after all the blood bath there is a miscalculation....this is the political..democratic...process to resolve the tamil Issue!
