Good Morning guys from Little Jaffna AKA as Scarborough.
So it looks like the LTTE has penetrated the little know
Ganja Cultivation in Tanamalwilla where one could have
a fine river bath under the Kumbuk trees. So now after
ruining the North East they have desecrated this virgin forest with these massacres. Road to Holy land of Katarahama is paved with more blood.
It's only a matter of time!

For the moment, we better not going for strong conclusions.
Anyway, if Rohana Wijeweera and VP not born, 10,000s of more people are living is Sri Lanka today.
And the path of country is also not at this level.
And even I dont know Berty and all these people!
Finally, JVP is settled for some parliament seats.
Now, its time for LTTE to settle for some solution,..without giving more pain to the country.

Yes. There are also documented incidents attesting to the fact that the Sri lankan state aids their paramilitaries in abducting and conscripting children.
There is no evidence that sri lankn state abducts children for war.
There is evidence that Piliyan or Karuna group abducts children for war and GOSL turns a blind eye or help less like in the case of LTTE.
If Tamils love their children so much they should not have supported LTTE in child recrument which is now followed by other Tamil armed groups.
So conscripting children is a Tamil affair not a Sinhala affair.
Gaja Lakshmi a reputed Tamil activist and a LTTE supporter who writes in the forum once told me its a part of hindu culture to have child soldiers and gave valuable example of child war gods.
Dont bring GOSL into this.

u may have a point there but not all Kids are Child soldiers..If you deny there is not a single innocent Tamil kid was ever killed
i have never said that all kids are child soldiers. However i don't understand why 'real school kids' have to attend and ltte training program in an ltte facility...
I believe somebody at LNP brought up the alleged DPU bombing of a van that killed some school children...
Although i didn't hear anything to support it was DPU, by looking at past DPU ops etc, i told that person who brought it up most probably the DPU did it and they got it dead wrong and i vehemently condemn those sorta things though my condemnation will not do any justice to the innocents who were murdered... |

You don't follow the news that much do you. The UN ambassdor submitted a report with enough proof linking the Sri lankan armed forces to the child abductions.
The GOSL just tried it's best to dismiss the proof as irrelevant or fake. Of course no one bought the GOSL's story except a few die hard supporters.
Proof included, complaints from parents of the abducted, confirmation of sri lankan soldiers guarding paramilitary installations, there is also the indirect proof of these abductions happening in well established High security zones during broad daylight with army check points every hundred or so meters.
You can only fool yourself for so long. |
