Local residents say they sighted people a few days before the incident in army uniform and their complaint police who did not take any action.
the residents in the area claimed they had informed the Okkampitiya police after spotting strange armed men clad military clothing several days ago, but the police had taken little action to identify or apprehend them. -DM
This shows that the army had a hand in causing the blast that too with the connivance of the police.
If it was LTTE as Defense.lk claims, is it possible that the police collaborated with them? |
