| Nadesan said the same story when govt started liberating East from LTTE. After loosing East he said they will recapture East soon. Even Jaffna was recaptured in 1997 LTTE said they would take it back soon. Even after 10 yaers still Jaffna is under GOSL control. So defeating LTTE is not a dream and it is a fact that LTTE won't survive in long run. |

Tactical withdrawals !
From Mavilaru on wards,
last days at underground bunkers,
rotten rats will not see sunlight in this life,
your dream at last,
next sight TN,
sun goat. |

Sintamus,
Killing innorcent people Buththala how do you justify that? Why norway people keep quiet without talking human rights when you see such choas? The government agreed for peace agreement in 2005 to end the discrimination and forget about everything that had happened in the past. But LTTE got the use of it and never end the violence.
LTTE is fighting for the past illusions that Prabakaran brainwashed them with. If Prabakaran feel like discriminated, he could go to a jungle but now animals discriminating Prabakaran in the jungle. Does it right to kill all the animals without knowing that death comes to him any day? hihi LTTE is still discriminating us. LTTE tries to prove the world government is wrong but while they proving the world their are wicked animals killing people for no reason which they told they would not. |

There is no justification for killing innocent civilians.
Do you mean only civilians in the South or in the Northeast as well? Because from 1st Dec 2005 Tamil civilians, aid workers, Muslim workers are extra judicially killed, abducted and tortured. Shall we condemn all those killings?
Why hasn't not a single killing been properly investigated and prosecuted? This is what all NGOs, international community and UNICEF have been asking the president to do?
You know Norway is expelled from facilitation and the peace monitors withdrawn? Why has the president rejected the UN monitors? They will monitor HR Violations in the whole of Sri Lanka? |

| CHAMI, The government agreed for peace agreement in 2005 to end the discrimination and forget about everything that had happened in the past.
You mean Feb 2002? There were violations by both sides. It all stemmed from the fact that the army DID not leave the public and private buildings within 90 days of signing the agreement.
You must know successive SL governments have a track record of disregarding and dishonouring agreements unilaterally,
1. BC Pact in 1958
2. SC Pact in 1965
3. P-TOMS in 2005
even if you say that both parties violated CFA?
If the govt wanted to 'end the discrimination' you do not need an agreement, repeal all the discriminatory legislations, insert the clause to make discrimination on the basis of language and religion illegal, there will be peace at once, no war.

US leads states like Israel, Sri Lanka and Pakistan to bomb ansd kill people and destroy their livelihood in the name of 'war on terror'.
After president Bush came to power and invaded Iraq 151,000 Iraqis are killed.
After Mahinda Rajapakse came to power more than 9,000 people were killed or disappeared in Sri Lanka.
Not a single killing is properly investigated. More and more people are armed and more than 90,000 soldiers are at large deserted the army and carry arms.
Who does the government want to defeat? itself or the whole nation?
Time to Recognize State Terror
by John Pilger
The world is dividing into two hostile camps: Islam and 'us.' That is the unerring message from Western governments, press, radio and television. For Islam, read terrorists. It is reminiscent of the cold war, when the world was divided between 'Reds' and us, and even a strategy of annihilation was permissible in our defense. We now know, or we ought to know, that so much of that was a charade released official files make clear the Soviet threat was for public consumption only. |
