Sp, while blowing up innocent civilians LTTE has to make press releases like this.
This is the dignity that Tamil Coolies like.
they go and blow in the middle of civilians.
Credit card stealing, ATM - machine robbing, Gas station workers are thrill out of that.
No JAffna, No trinco, Banned every where inthe world, LEader lived his whole life underground but they won't be defeated.

It doesnt take a fortune teller to see that the fall of wanni will not bring an end to terrorism in SL.
And believe me when I say, I am not talking in favour of appeasment. I mewant that there are fundamental issues that need to be adressed to resolve this conflict. We cant destroy the LTTe military capacity and declare than the problem is solved. the minorities should get more say in government because it is their country too. This is a completely different argument to saying lets split the country and give them a state so they'd shut up.

It is totally astonishing that, the GOSL is hell bent on waging war with unimaginable human, monetary, and infrastructure costs, but not certain of the outcome one way or the other!
However, there is a tangible aspect that can be progressed that is to have a southern consensus as to a solution. Allow APRC to deliberate and come up with a recommendation that goes to heart of the constitution. Stand up to all forms of extremism including Sinhale Buddhist Fundamentalism, and demonstrate to the minorities that they are also stakeholders. No war is required to do all these, and then watch as to where would that leave the LTTE.
Only the Tamils know about the brutalities of GOSL. The Sinhalese, apart from a handful, the rest choose to remain silent. But, when the south is affected, the same people bring out morality and the rest!
I can say this with authority as I condemn all forms killings from the beginning. The LTTE killing civilians is as barbaric as the killings perpetrated by GOSL. When Maheswaran was assassinated, many Sinhalese, on these forums, I mean those appear to be decent, chose to remain silent no condemnations at all.
People need to understand that, no solution can be found by killing people. The successive governments of Sri Lanka have been justifying the existence of LTTE instead of dealing with the fundamental issues. They still do not get it that, despite banning the LTTE, the IC requiring GOSL to negotiate and substantially devolve power to the minorities. It is this inability that is legitimising the existence of LTTE in the mind of the Tamils!
