You are right, but, how to bring about sanity to Sri Lanka?
US can do it if it
urge UN to pass resolutions banning arms sale to Sri Lanka and
to send peace monitors to Sri Lanka .
Proscription of LTTE and banning funds going to them encouraged the SL government to go for the attack and withdraw from the CFA.
US can lift the ban on the LTTE and others will follow suit whichthat will bring the govt to its senses. |
