As for your question, I am not a military expert to forecast anything. The only thing I know is that we have to eliminate LTTE at any cost. If we cannot do it in 5 years, Sri Lanka should get ready to do it in 10 years. If we cannot do that in 10 years, we should be loking at accomplishing it in 100 years.

They destroyed country twice.

Yes people saw the development under UNP governments.

1) Economic development.

Not only 'takarang', people like Gamini Dissanaike had apple estates even in Australia because of the development.
And so on.....

2) Civil rights development.

because of 1984 referendum, JVP could not get in to the parliament.UNP even casted Mr Hector Kobbekaduwas vote and thousands and thousands other vote rigging incidents to keep the 5/6 dictatorship.and many more...

That is why I told you that you have to learn a lot about SL politics. I will remind more when time permits.

Unlike you, I honestly would not mind if LTTE decides to participate in democratic elections (after disarming, of curse) as long as they do not promote any separatism or Tamil Racism. It is not advisable to become an extremist, I think.

''Unlike You''
Well Mucha, Tell me honestly what do you think about abrogating CFA by GOSL???Why not peace talks again???

Hmmm....Mucha's grand son may put it off by 1000 years. Don't know whether we all will be around to see this happening!!

By then even Rohana Wijeweera may be re-born as Ramanathan Vijaveeran and will be fighting for the tamil rights ably supported by Mucha re-born as Thamilselvan!

This birth and re-birth follows a certain pattern to compensate for their misdeeds in previous lives.

Nada,

i guess you read this article about a Tamil girl reborn as a Sinhala boy..

Muchalinda,

Why not 100000 years ? To follow your logic , we will still exist in 100'000 years.

How can you promise to fight, 10, 100, 1000 years when you dont know how long you will live ?
Any rationality ?

I never knew Australian citizens are so eager to destroy LTTE.

Of course, someone who is not affected by this senseless war can say any darned thing, but as people who badly get affected it is us, not the Australians, who should decide what to do with LTTE.

Anyway, we thank this Australian citizen for expressing his views.

No, if what Buddhism says is true, in his next life Mucha-linda will be reborn as a cow here because he is in debt to the tax payers of Sri Lanka for the 'free education' given to him, which he never bothered to pay back.

Australian Cows are quite popular here in Japan, but cheaper.
