Majority rules and minority has to follows the majority.

Only in terrorist backward tribal state like Sinhala lanka and some backward afircan countries this applies. In civilized nations majority cannot dictate terms to the minority, in true democracy ALL are treated equal and minority rights are protected under law.

But this is good, people talking like you and AnuD are also leading the country so your nakedness can be exposed to the world to see what a backward fake state it is :)

3.2% of tamils need to be equal to 96.8% of Sinhala people. That Superiority and supremacy complex are bothering tamils.

As everything is, this is a time game. If MR does what he says he wants to do in the alloted time he may pull it off. But anything of the scheduale will be detrimental, I can see Japan cutting aid as an incentive to stop war, then the economic situaltion can not fund war, if MR forces this there may be a coup- destablising of the country.

However is MR does defeat the LTTE, there will eb other groups, I mean there is already Pilyan, he could break off and gove the GOSL hassel. I mean Saddam was put in by the Americans

Majority rules and minority has to follows the majority. That is the flow and minority with a armed struggles cannot supersede a Majority with a defense strategy to eliminate minority armed struggle.

not every where a minority fights for freedom , they live together when they recognized each other , but GoSL the state TERRORISM failed badly by sacrificing tamil lives to stratifies only Sinhalese , now things are going out of hand , too late and too little ONLY A SEPARATION WOULD HEAL THE WOUND , ALL OPPORTUNITIES HAVE BEEN HANDLED WITH BAD FAITH , BETTER NOT CONTINUE THE SAME ANY MORE .

Because of British promoting tamils over Sinhalas,Since 1930s,
tamils felt superior and brilliant compared to rural Sinhala villagers. By 1948, Tamils comprised of 50% of the bureaucrats in the govt service.

So, by 1956 and 1965 Agreements Tamils wanted to establish North and EAST as areas restricted to Tamils and additionally south to have access to tamil language and to occupation. they did it in the east without govt authorization.

Even the so-called scholars cum academics of tamils Neelan thiruchelvam had the NAndi -flag in his govt given car on the SL - independence day. Mrs. Amorthalingam wanted to skin sinhala people alive to make shoes.

That is the EQUALITY, tamils are asking.

The fact is that THE SUFFERER IS THE COMMON PERSON and has nothing to do being a TAMIL OR SINGHALA etc. HE IS JUST A COMMON POOR PERSON. HE is the at the receiving end. This has to stop and now.

Oh... don't you worry.

The sufferers sure can be happy that they have delicious Peelam pies to eat everyday... So no hunger.

The sufferers sure can be happy that they can indeed make their homelands every nook corner of the beautiful country... while SISSLs are not allowed to make their homes in the N&E which are exclusive WE Tamil NO GO AREAs for SISSLs.

The sufferers sure can be happy that they have a formidable self-appointed reps to protect them ... the Looting Tamil Terrorists Everywhere (LTTE) as their reps.

The sufferers sure can be happy that they do not have to worry about democracy, freedom of thought, expression and opposition... These luxuries are are limited to a select band of liberators.

Last but not least.... the sufferers sure can be happy that they have a continuous supply of food, medicine and welfare from GOSL.

No worries, please.
