then the IC should pressure on the govt to accept the TWO STATE solution,,

TamilNadu and Sri Lanka.

They requested the Government of Sri Lanka to provide them access to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam in Kilinochchi for representatives of the Co-Chairs and the facilitator to continue as negotiators.

Either media is biased or the Co-chairs are partial. IF military solution does not work how come LTTE is carrying weapons ?

Why co-chairs do not force LTTE to disarm ?

In the picture you saw you will find my youngest sibling at the right hand corner(MG.JJ).According to him they have Huskies and a batch of Israeli made vehicles similar to Hydrema 910 for mine clearance capability in a major assault.I can see SLA is all geared up in 6 fronts and ready with newly acquired SLAF air to ground capabilities awaiting for the final assault.

Norway should not be trusted at all.

I heard, Brazilian Commander in Haiti and UN top brass had highly appreciated the Sri Lankan forces in HAiti as the best forces.

Norwegian doctors without boarders were partly responsible for accusing the soldiers. I heard the list prepared had wrong names, the same name twice.

IT could have been corrected if LTTE propganda throwing mud at SLA was counteracted.

Cries from International communities are based on inability to manage the influx of Tamil Refugees. All they want is dump all Tamils back in Sri Lanka immediately after fighting ceased.Even the British High Commission in Sri Lanka admitted it openly and event involving Tamils all over the world is good evidence.

Ramz,

You are absolutely right. If Ranil had become president he would have tied VPs hands behind his back with international guarantees and got the entire IC behind him.

VP is a master tactician and he was fully aware of this.He knew that the JHU and JVP would never allow Mahinda to arrive at a negotiated solution that might give even a semblance of autonomy to the tamils.

He knew that these two parties would always push for a military solution which suited VP and his aims of ultimately achieving a separate state for the tamils. The break with Karuna and the loss of the East were setbacks in VPs plans but the rest have worked out perfectly well for him.

With the unilateral abrogation of the CFA by the govt, the terrible human rights abuses, the lawlessness and the serious economic difficulties in the south have all made the IC to pause and have a rethink on their support of the Sri lankan govt headed by the Rajapakse sahodarayas.

The war in the Vanni is not going to be easy like the East for the SL forces but they don't know that. Their adventure into the Vanni killing fields and the resultant widening of the war to the entire country will lead to international intervention. This is what VP wants and it looks like he is going to realise his wishes.

UpulJ:

UK is reaping what it sowed hundreds of years ago.

Other than, that lot of anti-immigrant sentiment all over the europe.

On the other hand, Canada politicians were talking about establishing a consulate in JAffna toget more immigrants. They like educating people coming with lot of GOLD jewellary.
