Finance ministry figures here show that Japan gave nearly 200 million dollars to Sri Lanka between January and September last year.
the humanitarian aid package provided to feed Tamils under CFA will disappear too.Then it's Sri Lanka's responsibility to feed the Tamils in the North.
You must try to understand that Ltte IS fighting against unitary state system to become independent. That means Tamils will be governing themselves without bothering his neibouring state Sri Lanka.
That can only mean that Tamils will not expect a drop of water or grain of rice or pinch of salt from you. Satisfied?
You insist that Tamils must depend on you and be governed by you. If you govern a people there are responsibilities go with that. It is up to you to either you let them mind their business or you want to mind their business for them.

Lets see where else the beggar state go for hand over.

Err yes I did not all that, but as the US is or should I say was a big time donor of Lanka both financial, imports and arms it's a bit stupid to have strong ties with Iran. It is also illegal to recieve money from Iran if used for arms. Also you talk fo friendly countries, India? m nope, Pakistan has it's own problems and that leaves teh chinees or also, by unauthroized means sell to LTTE, so friends that play you like the chumps you are. The other is Japan..........who is the hadn that feeds you.

APRC = All Party Representative Committe
MRPD = Mahinda Rajapakse Personal Dictate
Informed sources said the President also submitted to APRC Chairman, Minister Tissa Vitharana a document based on the 13th Amendment at the meeting and requested that the APRC reach a consensus based on it and forward it to Rajapakse as their proposals. |
