I think, LTTE is holding civilians in Wanni as a shield. So, Akashi is going to warn LTTE to release the civilians.
LTTE can use the offer and have some leniency or Reject it face a different strategy of attack. |

USA is a very bureaucratic country.
So, Senate,the president and other agencies have their own way.
We need to choose what to allow and what not to allow.

During the Past 3 months there were more army deserters than ever before.
When the battle intensify we can see in huge numbers.
SLDF needs urgent recuritment about another 50,000 to barely sustain the deployment.
The Soldiers are over worked, no break or holidays are cancelled.
Which will drastically affect their morale.
