I have met plenty of good Sinhalae people but in the forum they are all racist
same here, generally Sinhalese people are not like what you meet here in LNP. i think most Sinhalese dont give a damn about politics, but any Sinhalese that is politically orientated is a racist |

Who has the upper hand, LTTE or GOSL ?
As far as i can see
LTTE has placed Short range Motors/BoobyTraps Aimed for about 5Km within their territory in all of their FDL, Once GOSL Army starts to make a move ,LTTE Withdraws & take them in , And Just fires the motors which are exactly mapped within the 5Km Area , Causes Less damage on LTTE Side @ the same time GOSL Suffers a lot.
How does GOSL Media Markets this kind of failures
1. LTTE Doesn't have enough artillery shells so they are using motors and they are weak
2. GOSL is advancing and their tactic is to move in cause damage and move back to base
So far success for GOSL is
Killing two individual people named
1. Thamilchelvan
2. Charles
Remind you all, an organization which depend on individuals can't survive for more than 3 decades.
Even VP Dies there will be some one to take on the struggle forward , and as long as Mama is governing gonna be good times for LTTE

I would say racism is their on both sides , I know many tamils who is immersed in racism .
As we all know this is the problem in the country as well
I don't believe in people who become LTTE after leaving the country or Support GOSL with a foreign citizenship. Because they are not Srilankans any more!
A Good polite way of communication is key to solve this problem , Are you all willing to do it ? From now on ?

I would say .....
No argument there but I would add that there is a major disparity in numbers and that is multiplied many folds due to the monks involvement.
I don't agree to your argument that people who left and now hold a different citizenship have no right in the issue.
First people left not because they wanted to but because their survival was challenged. Giving up the right to defend ones own race is giving in to the oppressor.
Two we are living in a global community and injustice in any part of the world should matter to everyone. |

I am Sorry i called you old man, I regret it , So here is my point, if both of our races can't even have peace in this LNP how come you expect peace in the country. My point is LNP should not be a place where all the ranting mounts up .
Just discuss the story with a open view , and try to give you good decent thoughts on it. Even sometimes i get carried away ! but anyway can't you talk polite ? why don't you all try it !

I do agree with Stalin in being polite. You lose nothing but gain a lot. You also can hit back harder politely than you could if you lose your cool.
There are some who go to bad language or drag family at the drop of the hat. That only says the person is a bum and people will not want to discuss. There is a real bum who is sleeping today and the language has not been that bad. |
