Hindustan times is for Dalit - indians and is partial to LTTE.
HIndu is to make Sri Lanka a Hunstan.
WE say no to both.
GOSL should work for Sri lanka and not for Co-chairs or India. WE don not need their string - attached crappy AIDS.
GOSL should not screw up a small island by trying to appease a country where one billion is living and playing all caste - regional and religious fanatic and sectarian politics. |

Tamils chopped thousands of innocent Sinhala civilians and some of those should be hiding in the west.
Also Sinhalese JVP supporters chopped a few thousands. But the past is always gone and the challenge is tomorrow.
Prosecution for militant LTTE is a part of normal civilized law as much as for war fueling Sinhala extremists.
Hatred is not a good foundation.

LTTE looks like an operation on it's own fooling many Tamil people. Even in MR's backyard Tamil folks are welcome and do conduct normal business like everyone else.
Perhaps we should all put a few $$$ together to buy our Tiger Lady and Priyanthy a ticket to explore normal life in the South so that they can report about it.

IF we all were hindus, Muslims or Christians, Tamils would not have survived 30 years even with this kind of killings.
Then you have eelam but most of the tamils are wiped out. It will be Former Yugoslovia. that is what LTTE wanted every time.
Tamils in the name of buddhism should not abuse Sinhala people in order to achieve their demands.
that is the disgrace.

Thats because there are two types of Buddhists in SL.
Some, most probably a minority use Buddhism as a way of life.
Others use Buddhism to cover their way of life.
This is also true to other religions but Buddhism has a higher visibility because of the majority factor and as a few monks have sold the integrity of many. |
