All these days and months the SLG put all the blames on LTTE. During the last 2 yrs many murders and abductions took place, why hasn't a single culprit produced before the court? Withdrawal from CFA may induce a sense of suspicion as to the motive of the Sri Lankan leader. US almost crippled LTTE by denying them finance and arms that diaspora bought out of their hard earned money. Yet, the extremist president and his appointees went for the destruction of Tamils instead of seeking a peaceful path to resolve the 50-year old conflict.
IC must either impose a ban on arms and aid/loan to Sri Lanka and enable UN to send monitors to prevent slaughtering of Tamils by SLA/ paramilitaries
OR
de-proscribe LTTE so that it can defend Tamils and ensure the supply of basic essentials to Tamil areas.

They are scared of Pillaiyan. EPDP also is scared of him. He is the monstor created by Military Intelligence to kill Tamils but he knows no boundaries and may turn into a snake to kill the creators themselves. |

A new IT park will be established in Malabe under the joint collaboration of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) and Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). This IT Park will be equipped with all modern facilities and services for promoting Information Technology, IT Enabled Services, Business Process Outsourcing and other knowledge based industries in the country
Excellent development... long overdue.
Wipe out more LTTE pigs... and we shall see these developments multiply.

Both. Eitherway, stranglehold is getting tighter by the day. Slow advance, but taking toll on LTTE trying to defend. LTTE has following options.
1. Hope for IC to apply pressure on SL gov and make them stop SLA advance.
2. Continue with bombing colombo like Nugegoda blast trying to stop the govt on economic front. However, this will backfire becuase IC support will dimish.
3. Bet on Hilary Clinton. This is already failing because tomorrows NH primary will put an end to Hilary presidential dreams. She cried today sensing the defeat.
4. Drop the ego and invite govt for peace negotations. LTTE will get IC support and make Govt look like the bad guy. - Cant see this from happening because the 'pride'. Besides, this sill damage diaspora support. |
