No bail for the Mervin`s goon

Colombo Chief Magistrate Nishantha Hapuarachchi today (04) rejected the bail application of the goon Nuwan Udaya Kumara alias Kudu (Heroine) Nuwan of Minister Mervin Silva`s security squad who was arrested at the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation (SLRC) for assaulting the SLRC News Director.
Considering the bail application, the Magistrate said that it could be taken up when the case is called on January 11.
Lawyer Anton Senanayaka appeared for the suspect.

| I am glad to see that the judiciary is giving us some hope,in maintaing some sanity and law in that chaotic place.The chief justice is adding to that hope by going around the island and doing his own campaign.Sripala Silva says that it will take time for Commission,perhaps he is related or of the same bunch to let Mervin the thug escape proper scrutiny and people will not forget these incidences,like the Peter Hill and this Maggot's affair,pointing to the fact the country is run hopelessly bad. |

What a joke!
Main accused at large and smiling to the judiciary and also at the peace loving citizens and only his helper is in prison.
A person who had 4 stitches on his face recommended 4 days hospitalization? Is that a justice ?And also judge visit to see him for investigation.Is that what you do for the other criminals.?Cleansing our judiciary system is paramount importance I believe.We are in need of a judges with strong backbones.

they find a scape goat all times , damn why not Mervin not gone inside ? how come the law does not apply to Mervin ? he is the agent for MR i guess . |

Judges or any law enforcement officers are dead scared to perform to do their job against our politicians,as these crooked leaders could get then transfered to any undesirable place.We lost our Independence since the colonials left,leaving us to the nasty 'colonials our own kind.I would prefer the former to the latter crooks,who are worse than any other rulers prior to 1948.Mervin the thug represent an era of another suppression and bullying of the people of the country.We may have to put up with this for a long long time.

And still no problem for Dr.Mervyn. These ''goons'' will be released after couple of weeks as Dr.Mervyn's son was released.

Hi guys
Do you know why MR ( Motta Raala) is not taking action on Kudu Mervia. He is supplying the most beautiful girls from India to MR. Who else can do this, other than Kudda.
That is the very reason Kudda is surviving. Even if he kills a man he will be out. How ever there will be a day Motta Raala has to go home or 6 feet down under. On that day only this donkey should be hanged by legs and kept by road side to be spit-on by public. |

Dr.Mervyn Silva managed to get 2500 votes in Colombo District. So at least some people have given their votes to him. I know 2 guys. One is ColomboDude and the other is WICK.
