you aint seen nothing yet.

Another empty threat from a terrorist.

Irrespective of terrorist threats, SL should be open and ready for peace. Let the new year 2008 bring peace to all Sri Lankans.

NO LTTE rats.....no worries....no war...no death.

It's up to you...if you want peelam and the LTTE rats...you can forget about the safety of tamil civilians.

HOWEVER, if you want the civilians to be safe.....get rid of the LTTE and forget about peelam.

Since peelam will never happen.....you're basically fighting for nothing and killing yourselves off for a hopeless dream.

Jan 3 (AP) The Sri Lankan government said Thursday that the Tamil Tiger rebels must disarm before any future peace talks, a day after the authorities decided to withdraw from an internationally brokered cease-fire with the insurgents.

Cakeboy,

Where's Bunny Revy? He is a far more interesting target...

He was successfully engaged a few weeks ago by some of us for trying to 'EXPOSE' the SLDF for photoshopping pictures...but eventually he was humiliated by Nightfox (I think).

Ever since then, Revy old boy, old chappy, old fruity has been keeping a low profile and making an occasional cry for help and a little moan about something or the other.

I have been reading some of your comments, I am afraid your ignorance is Bliss!

How can one achieves peace with the hegemonic government?

MR regime has been in power, what measures have they to promote peace?

They are out to destroy the LTTE with entire Sinhala Buddhist Chauvinists beating drums.

As Prof. Jeyadeva Uyangode said, MR's honorable peace means, crush the LTTE and implement his version of the solution. How can one bring peace like that?

War means LTTE is in control of the Tamil people. GOSL placing a devolution proposal and governing justly means, LTTE loosing control of the Tamils. This is the scenario, I think that I am talking about something that you would not comprehend!

Sri Lanka's decision to scrap its ceasefire agreement (CFA) with the Tamil Tigers will have 'negative consequences' and only spark more violence, warned a Norwegian minister who helped broker the truce in 2002. Minister of International Development Erik Solheim, who for years was Norway's Special Envoy to Sri Lanka and continues to oversee the now shattered peace process, added that Colombo's move was 'not totally unexpected'

during CFA we haven't seen any violence.

Thanks to Norway,LTTE gave up arms and SL government shared power after sucessful peace talks.

A_SB:

Who said LTTE has to exist for peace? What do you really want? Peace for everyone or peace for LTTE?

LTTE never compromised on anything. They did not even compromise on the agenda for peace talks. They did not want to discuss the final solution. They insisted on a ISGA. Nothing but ISGA. Do you recall that govt delegation had to return without even meeting LTTE delegation. Do you recall that several sessions of peacetalks collapsed because of agenda issues? Maybe not.

I agree with your comment on a 'proposal' which is lacking from the govt. As I see, MR has compromised his stance which changed from district level to provincial level. Yet, he is obliged to propose a comprehensive plan. Afterall, Velu wanted MR in power. :)

What low profile? That's a good imagination, wouldn't expect anything less from people who imagine that the whole island is the property of Sinhala Buddhism too...

Anyway cakeboy you rang? Where's my cake? I'm still waiting for my cake man :(
