The GOSL withdrawing from the CFA certainly looks like a propaganda win for the LTTE. The USA, EU, Norway,UN and many other countries have condemned this move by the GOSL. The GOSL is seen by many of these countries as the warmonger. VP wins again.

'Canada deeply regrets the decision of the Government of Sri Lanka to withdraw from the 2002 Ceasefire Agreement.

and this from Bob rae

'This is a formal indication that the country has once again descended into war, which can only result in a humanitarian disaster,' Mr. Rae said.
'It is precisely when the parties seem most determined to find a military solution to this conflict that the world community ? the United Nations, the Commonwealth, donor countries ? should be doing more to find political solutions instead.'

'A pluralist, diverse country like Sri Lanka needs bold and innovative changes in governance, and not aerial bombings of villages and suicide bombings of civilians,' said Mr. Wilfert.

India is the master behind the dog(MR and BROS)

End of the day MR will be held responsible for his actions. He has told the world he in not interested in peace or a man who respects agreements or human rights.

No one can blame that LTTE pulled out of the CFA, because MR did it openly.

Lionking23,
Why didn't he hand those documents to Ranil or another major Sinhalae UNP minister.

Possible expplanations :
He, being a Tamil and knows the crimes committed by EPDP/SLA in Jaffna more than any Sinhalese MP/RW.

He also wanted to impress Tamils for his own advantage.

Where he went wrong was in broadcasting that he was going to expose EPDP/SLA duplicity.

The MR government has refuted the allegation that it was LTTE that abrogates agreements. THe IC knows the internal problem and how Sinhala chauvinists handle it better than before.
