Let the modaya cowards disarm themselves first and pull out our Homeland, then we will consider about disarming ourselves.

I have been asking around and am wondering whether anyone thinks that the CFA withdrawal will be used as fodder for President Hillary Clinton (the US media favorite), as well as biased and paid Congressman Frank Pallone and the army of American attorneys who have been persuaded by the false HRW reports to break up Sri Lanka in 2009. What I mean is, will these enemies of SL point to the CFA withdrawal as proof that SL should be broken up in 2009 after LTTE deproscription?
As I see it, the Tigers are just saving their energies and hoping to get through 2008 intact, so that they can be rescued by Clinton and the various congressmen and attorneys whom the Tigers have paid off and convinced. Once Clinton deproscribes the Tigers in 2009 and the US starts providing the LTTE with advanced 21st century weapons and training, how will GoSL counter (with defective and malfunctioning Cold War era discards from Pakistan and China?).
Diplomatically, the GoSL FM has no idea what it is in for. Russia failed to anything at the UN Security Council for its own blood relation, Serbia. Do you think Russia, or even worse, the Chinese who are currently arming the LTTE, will lift a finger when Hillary goes to break up SL in 2009?
As many have said, barring total GoSL military victory, Eelam War 4 will be decided by the Europeans and the Americans in the courts. Funded by Tiger bribes and disinformed by Tiger propaganda (like Alan Rock's still unsubstatiated assertions that are used by AP, Economist, Reuters, et al to condemn SL), the EuroAmericans will likely deproscribe the LTTE, militarily enhance it, all the while relying on legislation drafted by LTTE attorneys (like Pallone is rumored to do). Once the combine of Hillary/Pallone/Boucher/Bruce Fein go to snap SL's neck in two, what will the GoSL Foreign Ministry say they did to forestall this? The GoSL has no media presence in the US and no legislative voice - The Tigers run the US Congress SL Caucus. Unless the GoSL FM wakes up, it will be tough to counter all this. Relying on fairweather pariahs (like China, Burma, Iran) who have a history of doing nothing for SL (except selling weapons to the LTTE) is not a good FM strategy. Especially when the lawsuits and legislation are being drafted by misinformed attorneys who sit on the laps of the LTTE. |

Even with CFA OR Not the State terror Government will not stop it's Genoside against the minorities
Mahindu and his gang thinks that they can capture North like East so they though that CFA mus be cancelled and modayas don't know the past history so once again when the SL terrrist forces defeated by LTTE they will have no one to support for their help
Wait and watch how the LTTE going to react and 2008 will be a history to note |

This TE is shrinking real fast. TE has become TWE (Teeny-Weeny Eelam) already. Does East have to welcome this TWE as well? |

Result of the war is always unpredictable. If the experiences of the last 2 decades are any guide to go by one can extrapolate that the recent successes of the govt and the retreats of the LTTE must be taken as one cluster of events. JRJ, Premadasa, IPKF and CBK were promised by the interested military high commands that the victory was round the respective corners and every time turned out to be as illusionary as the previous one. We are all guided by our wishes and this time too we expect too much from our fighters to defeat our perceived enemy.
The number of fighters, weaponry, terrain and the dedication of the fighters will be the determining factors. The conclusion of the imminent war cannot be predictable as both sides are well determined to win as, for LTTE, it's life and death whereas for the Govt forces it's the salary and perks, but, this may change if the affluent Southerners who are dedicated commit themselves to fight with their determination and the desire for dominance. But for them comforts and the future welfare of their children are the most paramount. So the outcome is in the balance. |
