Immediately after the assassination Government Defence Spokesman Minister Keheliya Rambukwella blamed the killing on the LTTE on the basis of the micro pistol, which he said was used by the LTTE.
Well done so all killings are by LTTE since only LTTE use micro pistols, LTTE alos use T-56, AK-47s, Artillery, Mortars, thus immediately all killings by these tools are work of LTTE :):)
What astounding logic.
BTW the so called 'micro pistol' usually seen in use is a Makarov PM 9mm, as far as photos shown by MCNS goes in past incidents.
This pistol is one of the most commmon and prolific sidearms one can obtain. |

LTTE had killed lot of Hindu Priests and carry out killings of Hindus inside Kovils. This killer is also a middle eastern tamil and he was an ex- security officer of Maheswaran. SO, LTTE used it against him. |

Maheswaran don't run the any gang, if Gunman was in his security team then it is ok, because all persons for his security from the Defense Ministry, so are you denying of EPDP's involvement and telling it was directly by defense Ministry????

AnuD if you are done getting your butt handed to you by Vimu, let me ask you a simple question, what was the motive.
if you read some of the posts at other sites such as defencenet, etc Most Rajapakse junta fanboys are happy or claiming he got what he diserved etc for supporting 'terrorists' so why is the LTTE killing their supporters?
And why him, I mean sad as it is, what did he achieve really? Was he anyone worth killing? If we go by what he was to expose the only ones who had a motive are the EPDP..they operate in Jaffna and are Tamil, hmm seems like a bit more evidence than your Rambling Rambuttans, ''it was a micro pistol, ergo it was the LTTE!''
Thus as I have said before, EPDP = your government.

Oh BTW, the Markarov PM holds 8 rounds in a standard magazine, one in the chamber gives you 9, yet 14 people were hit, well depending on the round used there could have been some overpenetration, but will have to wait and see about this whole 'micro pistol' story as well.
(There are speacial 10 and 12 round magazines too but usually restricted to Russia...wonder who recently paid a visit to the Junta hmmm?)

AnuD anud, you should learn to follow up on stories eh, so called parts were from the previous ships owner, nothing to do with the LTTE, so please try again old boy.
Last think there was supposed to be a hearing os some such May 25th 2007...what happened if indeed this was a prixe tiger catch why is the GoSL so quiet, why can you find nothing about teh case hmmm?
But some losers continue to use this as if its some sort of evidence LOL.
