It seems even with executive Presidency, Mahinda has no ways and means to stop all these killings by the Military accompliced thug groups..! Actions such as these would come back to haunt Sri Lanka when it would matter the most internationally. Apparently, Mahinda just aims for his two terms rather than the long term future of his country..!!
