Dr. Mervin not worried about SLFP Gen. Secy`s warning

Deputy Labour Minister Dr. Mervin Silva yesterday dismissed a recent warning, by SLFP General Secretary Maithripala Sirisena, that disciplinary action would be taken against troublemakers.
`He is the General Secretary of the Party. He is free to comment on anything. Let him to comment on any issue. I have no trouble with that,` he said. Silva said that he was not unduly concerned about over Sirisena`s remarks.
Sirisena recently vowed to initiate punitive action against coalition members, irrespective of their standing in the party and the society had they been accused of breaking the law of the land.
Anyone challenging the law would be punished he told a public meeting in Ampara where he pledged to urge President Mahinda Rajapaksa to take a tough stand on troublemakers. `I`ll take this up with the President when he returns from the US.`
The remarks were made in the backdrop of National List MP Mervin Silva threatening to use his gun to overcome anyone obstructing his path. A furious Silva had declared that he would not hesitate to use force to overcome obstacles. He is on record vowing to use his government issued gun.
Although Silva never displayed his gun, SLMC strongman A. K. Baiz, MP, went a step further by openly waving his gun during a violent protest in Puttalam. Baiz is on a collision course with Rishard Bathiudeen, MP, for the control of an UAE-funded housing project.

He was awarded Dr. as a honor of his Rawdi Services her offered for the Samagama......Dr. means not MBBS or any other type of Phd...etc.....it s in Rawdism
Hope this guy will mistakenly shoot himself to end this political rawdism culture

I have no idea of how he got it, But University of Ruhuna offered him the Honorary Doctorate. |

It was CBK who appointed this Lunatic to Parliament.........Mahinda had nothing to do with this.
Ofcourse, All MP's want ministerial Perks without which they threaten the President to bring down the Govt. in Parliament. Every Executive President of Sri Lanka has had and will continue to have this problem. JR got undated Resignation Letters from all MP's. This was one of the Techniques he used to ccontrol MP's. The other was getting the MP's to engage in Corruption and Blackmailing them there after.........Only Mr. Gamini Jayasuriya and Dr. Ranjith Atapattu were Honest in the UNP Cabinet of 1977. Both had these gentleman had to Bow out of UNP politics. Traitor Ranil has completely ignored the Atapattu's and appointed Kasippu King Vedarachchi as the UNP Organiser for the Historic Belliatte Electorate. Ofcourse this Vedarachchi has another major qualification other than Kasippu. Vedarachchi supplies young males for Traitor Ranil. Nowonder the Atapattu's who have been in Hambantota UNP Politics for two generations have been replaced by the Vedarachchi's under Traitor Ranil's Leadership. What a sad state of affairs in the Grand Old United National Party.
Traitor Ranil who tries to Pose as Mr. Clean was involved with Convicted Criminal Rapists like Gonawala Sunil and made Gonawala Sunil and All Island Justice of the Peace!! Mervin also tried to appoint a drug dealer as JP but Justice Minister John Seneviratne did not allow it.........
So Here's the Difference between Mervin and Traitor Ranil:
1. Traitor Ranil obtained a Presidential Pardon for his/her/it's???? Buddy, RAPE CONVICT Gonawala Sunil and Appointed Gonawala Sunil as All Island Justice of the Peace. Traitor Ranil's signature is on record, Making this recommendation. So this is a FACT.......And Traitor Ranil has been rewarded with the UNP leadership and Presidential Candidacy for life............
2. Mervin Silva's Nominee for JP (Kudu Lal) was NEVER made a JP by the Decent SLFP Regime. Mervin did not get his way. Besides SLFP General Secretary has condemned Mervin's behaviour and will initiate action against him.............
Further, Mervin Silva will never be rewarded with SLFP leadership, Presidential Candidacy or any such High position, like his UNP Counterpart Traitor Ranil holds.
Infact, Mervin will soon loose the whatever insignificant Organsising Position he holds in the SLFP...........
So the morale of story is that:
Traitor Ranil who appointed a Criminal Rape Convict as JP was Promoted as UNP leader.
Mervin Silva who misbehaved is under heavy fire from the Rank and file of the SLFP.........

MR and Mervin are blood brothers - BOTH LOW BRED BUFFALOS from Hambathota. MR needs Murderous thugs like Mervin to do all his political dirty work and to 'take out' anyone who is a threat to him. MR needs to clear the ground so that he and his brothers can continure the whole sale PLUNDER of this nation.
MR was the Godfather of the Wambota Gang. A group of army deserters led by MRs right hand man - A murderous thug (just like MR) called 'Chandi malli'. They were responsible for douzens of murders, rape, arson, robberies and ofcourse political intimidation. 'Chandi malli' was killed in a gang fight. Now MR needs to someone to carry out the 'Good work' done Chandi malli and the OBVIOUS choice is MR Blood brother - Mervin!! :) :)
CBK might have appointed Mervin but does MR have to keep him? Mervin and malaka have been running riot for the past 10 years or so. Knowing all this MR appointed Mervin as the SLFP organizer for the Sacred Kaleniya area. Learning from his THUG Mentor, MR, Mervin started collecting Cappam from all the dusineses around the area. We all know who gets 10% of that - dont we???? :) :)
The silver lining is very soon the UNP and the JVP bring a motion against Mervin and even some SLFPers will vote for it. MR wil have no choice but to eat his owe sh**t! :) :) Or MR can always sack mervin before that and save face!! :) :) :) |

The late Southern Provincial Council Minister M K Ranjith (alias Chandi Malli) is Not a Criminal. M K Ranjith has NEVER been found Guilty by ANY court of Law for any criminal offence.
UNLIKE Gonawla Sunil who Was CONVICTED FOR RAPE by the Courts of Law and WAS PARDONED by Traitor Ranil's Uncle President JRJ. After the Pardon, It was TRAITOR RANIL who appointed Gonawala Sunil as ALL ISLAND JUSTICE OF THE PEACE.
Any One can make up stories of all kinds of Gang Warfare......You are Innocent Until Proven Guilty. And Gonawala Sunil was Found Guilty of RAPE by the courts of LAW.
M K Ranjith was killed by Sajith's Gang when he was asked to report to the CID on False Charges! Sajith wanted M K Ranjith Killed. Sajith Thaught that once M K Ranjith was killed he can win Hambantota......as we all now know, What happened was quite the opposite. UNP was reduced to an ALL TIME LOW of 26% of the votes cast in H'tota after the Death of Southern Provincial Minister M K Ranjith. M K Ranjith was killed outside the CID office in Colombo and Premadasa's Police Cheif's were seen kicking M K Ranjith's body and Laughing with Joy. All these scenes have been vedeo taped and charges will be filed at the right time. M K Ranjith was killed by Premadasa's Police Goons.
Mervin is no repalcement for M K Ranjith at all. If so...why should Mervin be appointed to the Western Province???? Mervin Should have taken up M K Ranjith's position in Dammulla.
Oh!! We have Recorded Phone Conversations between Mervin and Vajira Abeywardana and Tissa Attanayake (UNP Traitor Ranil Faction MP's). Tissa and Vajira want Mervin to Speak with Ranil and join the Vijathika Sabhawa of Traitor Ranil in exchange for Dropping all charges against Malaka.....These tapes are a bit too good to be wasted now and will be brought out before the next elections.........Mervin's phones are tapped by Temple Trees.....Poor Tissa and Vajira got caught. Traitor Ranil to his credit has warned all Traitor Ranil's MP's not to speak politics on Cell phones!! This same stupid Tissa organized the Totally unsuccessful mobile phone boycott....

Once appointed MP, No one, Not even the President or Leader of the Party can remove an MP. So it was Traitor Ranil's newfound ally, CBK who made the Blunder of appointing Mervin. Mahinda cannot Sack Mervin from parlaiment. It is not Constitutionally possible for the President or Party leader to a MP.
Only the Supreme Court can Remove the Civic Rights of Sitting MP and then the MP looses the Parlaimentary Seat as a consequence. UNP(Traitor Ranil Faction) National Organiser And ANUS-AM's favourite UNP Presidential Candidate S B Dissanayake was sacked this way. So Mervin cannot be sacked from Parlaiment. If Mervin has misbehaved criminally, the supreme court must remove his civic rights like they did to SB. This is the only way to remove Mervin.

the CID on a murder case. This was a murder the Wambota Gang undertook on Behalf of the rajaPASSA - regarding some personal issue.
The CID had plenty of evidance to convict chandi malli and his BOSS - Sri Rohna PUNNAKKU rala. Chandi malli was trapped - was trapped and he was about to spill the beans on ALL Of MRs Dirty work - his Politically motived maurders, all the poor village girls the rajaPASSA brothers raped, all the arson, all the robbers the rajaPASSA family committed. chandi malli knew all of MR dark secrets and was about spill the beans when he was MYSTERIOUSLY killed. We all know who was behind this killing. If Chandi malli was alive and was able to finish his evidance to the CID - we would have known the real thruth about the MURDEROUS rajaPASSA family and all their dirty activities.
the RajaPASSA family has a very intersting way of dealing with the law when they are caught red handed. In the case of the helping Hambanthota Scandle - he used his powers as the PM and the president to stop the investigation and went after the CID officers who started the investigation.
In the case of the Wambota gang - MR took case of the man who knew every thing the good old fashioned way! :) :)

LOL LOL... the truth is far from this. Chandi malli was responsible for all of MRs vote rigging, intimidation and killing off all of MRs opponants. After the death of Chandi malli MR couldnt win the Hambanthota Dist. He lost the Hambanthota district TWICE to Sajitha preme who came there from Colombo.
In the 2000 General elections - PUNNAKKU BALLA was crushed.
Once again in 2001 - PUNNAKKU balla was craushed.
He knew he cant win an election on his own. With out the Murderous chandi malli MR was NOTHING. So he needed another pack of Murders - So he got the JVP and won Hambanthota in 2004 GE.
But MR knew even the JVP alone cant help him in 2005 Presidental elections. So he needed an even BIGGER Murders than chandi malli and the JVP - so he went to VP. MR promised VP to destroy the SL economy, Destroy SLs international Image and also gave 1.5 Billion Rs to rig the election :):)
thants how PUNNAKKU balla is president of this country. MR knows to cling on to power he needs another murderous thug like LTTE, JVP and candi malli. So the next new recruit is Mervin Silva. thats why MR appointed him organizer for Kaleniaya....

The Main Problem we have with ANUS-AM/Traitor Ranil No-Confidence Motions is that they Never Materialise.........It's now been almost two years since Mahinda became president........and all that has happened is 43 UNP MP's have joined the Rajapaksa administration...............No wonder the No-Confidence motions are not working out.............Bring any motion. We are ready even tomorrow morning.......
