Mervin Silva was given a PhD by a high school in Scotland or Ireland. He should be ashamed to use PhD in front of his name. Unfortunately many people don't know the meaning of 'ashame'.

Who gave resources to Jaffna children, tamil diaspora.
Colombo is not sinhala children alone.
Tamils can study in Jaffna, Colombo, Kandy, Kurunegala all.
Can sinhala children do the same in JAffan ?

I know a lot of this too. Anyway, those who got brains from Sri Lanka, how many are serving Sri Lanka. they become bigshots some where else then start bashing Sri Lanka. That is their contribution.

Minorities have become a hostile cancer to the majority always. For example look at black community in USA. They are given so much help and opportunities, but instead of grabbing all those opportunities by both hands, they keep accusing/complain/criticizing. What they want? Best solution is to dump them where they were originally from unless they agree to give up their 'inferiority complexion' which is not healthy for developing nations.

What you are coming to say?? WE brought up the STANDARDIZATION policy to dump Tamil brains....We introduced the 'Nationalization of the school' in order to crush the English education of Jaffna Tamils......Then, why should we give a damn about Jaffna results??
Well, during the time of this scholarship examination, all the schools were closed in jaffna due to you know what is happening there. Children were malnutritioned due to the economic sanction and no baby food was available....no electricity, no fuel, kerosine, internet access.....still, the success is theirs...

True. Wherever they originally from, Monaragala or Polanaruwa, they must give up 'inferiority complexion' and they should be allowed to the University entrance on merit basis!
