Do you really think the LTTE would give up the east without a fight?

We would have been number one today, if the governments that follow (CBK/MR) kept up with RW's vision and mission. |

SL in general has incredible potential to be among the top service outsourcing centers in the world. The country has an English speaking educated and trainable work force and relatively good quality of life.
However, it won't happen until two conditions are met.
1. Significant upgrading in communication infrastructure
2. Permanent political settlement to the ethnic issue.

Sinhalese have not learnt anything not only from the past but also from the conflict.
In fact, they are stagnant in the fifties,and even worse-I would say.
So,Tamils resistance to the sinhala state terrorism will continue,as per law of the human race,which rebelled against oppression,from the day it came to existance.

Wonder what do you mean by 'tolerate'? What would have Sinhala people done, if they did not tolerate -- Go commit massacres of Tamils in the up-country or in Colombo? like in 83?
