There are two saudi prices who have permenetly rented out a whole floor in cinnamon grand to build a hotel likethe famous one in dubai just off gallface coast...
This is like saying France is trying to build another Eiffel tower some place else.

You have misunderstood what i said...the concept of them was to have the hotel off the coast...a unique hotel with a high end target group...
which is why i equated it with the one there...
it does not necessarily mean that it Will be on that same scale or magnitude or luxury...
thier concept was to have it off the coast in a seafilll...there were some disputes with the location...but that was thier place of choice at that time...
BTW ...JKH is already filling the sea bed off the habour not for this but for one of their projects...project is off...

Like I said before, the sinhalese have learned from their past mistakes and moved on. That is why they are still open minded about devolution and power sharing, dispite 30 years of horror by your Thalaivar. Be thankful for the tolerance and the resilience of the Sri Lankan ppl. Successive leaders in south have tried to negotiate with Velu and have learned it the hard way that this 8 grade dropout out doesn't have peace in his vocabulary, some at the cost of their lives.
