Haven't you herd of Singapore, South Korea, Japan and China?
They have ports , just go have a look at their ports and how they are developing.

i dont think so , the Sinhalese can just move on , but the ISSUE WONT simply move on , find a SOLUTION !

why not colombo also did good development in BEACH BOYS and PROSTITUTION , unfortunately the tourism went down , they have to find alternative , so only one option now - join WAR development . |

Yes, but not as the best dockyard by any means.
You got to pay even the security guard if you want to go in.
It carries out basic repairs, and maintenance works.
As for designing and building gunboats ........... what gunboats?
You mean the junk like gunboats?
