Earlier, it was saying that Rs. 500 million was givento velu with the promise that Velu would build houses to tamils. Instead Velu used that money to build bunkers.
Now, it has become Rs. 200 million.
Probably, RS. 500 million was asked and only Rs. 200 million was given.
