Why cannot te govt table its proposals and see if they are acceptable for negotiation, after all this problem has been discussed, analysed in committees and talked about.

Modayas in the South knows only to talk and talk big. They cannot deliver anything.... MoRon was earlier saying that he would announce proposals in UN session, what happened? nothing!

Only way for Tamils is to fight their own way to freedom in their own motherland Eelam!

P-TOMS was signed by SLG headed by UPFA and LTTE but MR who presented it in the previous parliament made a wow that he will violate it once elected as president. How can there be peace when the head of state sign an agreement, present it in the parliament and make a wow to tear it? How can there be trust in a govt headed by such an insincere and dishonourst leader?

and from where is this came from?

Lets look at what RAVI NESSMAN - Associated Press Writer - has said in his most recent article..

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka - A wave of artillery assaults, gunbattles and a bombing across northern Sri Lanka killed 17 rebels, two civilians and a soldier, the military said Thursday, stoking fears of a new escalation in the country's more than two-decade civil war...

http://beta.malaysia.news.yahoo.com/ap/20070927/tap-as-gen-sri-lanka-civil-war-510daa6.html

In the last 24hrs here's the tally of LTTE carders killed according to the military..

..Four rebels were killed Wednesday in Muhamali, 350 kilometres north of Colombo, as they attempted to breach forward defence lines into a military-controlled area, the military said.

In two separate battles in Vavuniya, 240 kilometres north of Colombo, 13 rebels and a soldier were killed Wednesday in clashes that began when rebels made other attempts to cross into government-controlled areas, a military spokesman said.

And In the last 24hrs.. according to the MCNS, only 1 soldier has been killed..

Therefore when RAVI NESSMAN quotes the military as saying..
..killed 17 rebels, two civilians and a soldier, the military said Thursday..

this is true according to the SLA's own press releases ..

This statement obviously does not include any SLA soldiers killed since Monday..

But how does this fungal virus understand the English in this article!!..

since monday 60 ltte killed says army and only one sla dead

when asked by reuters for the source the military spokesman said the info was from ltte radio intercepts.

hey stupid pig in the battle near the TANK sla spekesman has himself said that 3 sla were killed and 35 injured that minus the pigs they left behind.

Incidentally, here's where the virus gets the number ''60''..

..Since Monday, the military announced that nearly 60 rebels have been killed in the fighting. No independent confirmation of the death toll was available, and rebel spokesman Rasiah Ilanthirayan did not answer repeated calls from The Associated Press seeking comment. The two sides routinely exaggerate their enemies' casualty figures while downplaying their own.

Im a little confused where in this article the SLA is quoted as saying that only 1 soldier has been killed since MONDAY!!??.. :O)))

Mr Kadirkamar was a brilliant lawyer and an academic but an enemy of Tamils for, among others, he NEVER said a word of sympathy
when his govt imposed embargo on food and medicine to Tamil areas,
when SL Airforce bombed Navaly Church killing 121 civilians or Nagarkovil Primary school killing 22 children or Open Market in Puthukudiyuruppu killing 46 people.

On the contrary he ordered ICRC that wanted the govt not to bomb public buildings to shut up or be expelled. He wanrned the UNICEF to mind controlling mosquito and not to comment of aerial bombing.

Can you consider him as a compassinate human or a member of the persecuted Tamils? He was a selfish Colombo 7 resident married to a Simnhlese woman who did not even want to attend his funeral.

He was also against the candidature of Dr Dhanapala, he was such a selfish individual who was envy of Dhanapala's popularity at the UN.

Hello Tigy

it is my humble request , could you please answer to ,in which court of law, velu was found guilty of those crimes?

And my humble answer to you:

Velupillai Pirabhakaran has been wanted by Interpol and many other organizations since 1991 for 'terrorism', 'murder', 'organized crime' and 'terrorism conspiracy'.He has been issued a death warrant by the Madras High Court in India for plotting the assassination of former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in May, 1991 and in 2002 Judge Ambepitiya issued an open warrant to arrest him in connection with the 1996 Central Bank Bombing. The judge found him guilty on 51 counts and sentenced him to 200 years in prison.
