The world should realise that the attempts of the government to move towards pluralism were stymied by attacks by the Tigers on those Tamils who were trying to participate fully in the democratic process
The family-centered democratic process as practiced in Sri Lanka is a joke. The irresponsible majority, keept depriving the minorities, in the name of democracy... how far minorities can tolerate the humiliation of being 2nd class citizen in their own country?
Now things gone bad, this irresponsible majority again blame Tamils... utterly ridiculous!

You always try to take shots at people without realizing your ignorance to the facts! I have to admit that I did not see him (Soosai) after the incident. The hospital he was treated was mentioned in the news. You go and check it... Besides, Tamilnet is the only truly independent news organization in the Island... why would they twist stories?
Of course punnakku eaters, like you, love punnakku and cannot digest or distinguish truth from imagination!
