The Chief justices who were before him were more honourable, impartial & BRAVE ...viz the late M/S Neville samarakoon, Tennakoon, H.N.G Fernando and many others....Sarath silva's impartiality sometimes had been questionable |

there must be some truth It is not some truth, it is 'THE' truth. Any judge or lawyer privy to what has gone on at Hulftsdorp since this good for nothing rascal became CJ will vouch for the facts I mentioned.
The reason he was appointed CJ over and above Justice Mark Fernando by CBK was because Sarath Silva was willing to be partial and politically alligned but not Justice Mark Fernando the most senior Supreme Court Judge at that time.
Eventhough the UNP created a rumpus when SS was appointed CJ and vouched to bring a no confidence motion against him and order a Parliamentary inquiry into his illegal activity they too kept silent when they came to power because they too knew Sarath Silva was willing to tow the line with the ruling party in power, sacrificing justice, law and order in areas of political sensitivity.
CBK paid the price and SS got himself some colors depicting himself as 'Independant'. SS knows to sense in which direction the wind blows and acts accordingly.
This is a cunning rascal of the highest kind who should be kicked out of the legal profession itself for disgracing the hallowed position of Chief Justice.

CJ is like some rotten monks who have a lot to hide and do a lot of bad things during the night and pretend to be good guys during day time wearing a suffron robe. |

I have no affinity to SS, I've heard enough nasty stories about him and I don't want to know what he makes.
But banning 'Aksharaya' is something that fascinates me and that I like to commend him for!

Simply I dont have any respect for this guy, his conduct is unbecoming of a chief justice.
His attitude is political, so what more we can expect from him???
I can remember one day he said to a poorman who could not afford lawyer for his land dispute ' nadu yanno, wanasenno' ( people who seek justice thru court destroy themselves)
SO he is inderectly saying to people 'dont go to court, seek justice by yourselves' Is that the principles the chief justice shoud show to people????
We see so many crimes in the country because people take law into their hands without relying in the court.
He is a layman without the real maturity, good for a security guard job.
