Anuradha08,

Zimbabwe is a good example. They lead in terms of inflation and tuff riots can be expected.

International isolation may happen to Sri Lanka in case those forthcoming UN and HR guest will not be enabled to restore their confidence in SL..

As said, Sri Lankans are forced to come up with good leaders who can convince all tribes with a striking concept that qualifies for the future and regular, global levels.

Eskimo06,

just a German expat ...

i know what you are talking about. But this challenge is with every nation and finally it is the people, who win or loose with the performance of their government.

Not long ago my East German brotheren had said good bye to their rotten communist leaders who had kept them in a mental prison and utter poverty.

There are loads of upright, educated and wealthy Sri Lankans, no doubt. I wish, they would get it together and make SL what it could be.

Politics is a blood sport and played really dirty in SL. It is corrupted to the core that you cannot clean this without throwing every person in the current political field. This is not possible and that is the problem.

Even if you take a corporate environment or family environment ethics should start at the top. This is where the worst rot is in SL.

Nale

most of us know where the problems lies. so stop talking about the same thing over and over again. try to understand real issue. LTTE will never get eelam and Sinhala government will never get peace unless we all sit togehter and sort this out using our brains not bullets.

Anuradha08,

every country in the world has to deal with some usually small groups of lonesome, disturbed extremists that are not much different to terrorists.

They can be a challenge for Intelligence and police, but apart from that it is not worth to listen to their noise.

Even here, most Sinhalese and Tamils are able to discuss and talk. If some prefer to sound like cockroaches, just let them goan. Who cares.

Freedom1...

i fully agree with you, that terrorism is the most useless recipe to achieve anything

No one needs to agree with me or not...

The time-tested formula is that terrorism cannot be justified or hardly likely to achieve anything... It's not something invented by me... that's the way the world spins... ESPECIALLY IN A THRIVING DEMOCRACY LIKE SRI LANKA...

Losers... wake up! Come back and argue... that SL is not a democracy...!

Unless you modayas know and accept the root cause of the problem, the pariah state is facing now,you will not solve it.
If you think that by unleashing violance on the Tamil people, like you did in 1958, you can solve the problem you modayas created 50 years ago, then you modayas are sadly mistaken.
