Pitty, that Norwegians don't have the balls to be good mediators because of zero experience with developing nations.
My fav mediator would be Putin. He knows how to handle, terrorism, mafia and Bush keeping Russia on the way towards progress without losing identity.

yea colombo is polluted, i go there twice per year. its not that bad. whatever it is, thats home. Colombo has too many people he he i mean population.
Regular governments al over the world introduce stiff exhaust control and stiff laws to reduce pollution and public petrol consumption.
But proud Sri Lankans can afford unlimited expenses for fuel imports and health care. |
