well. i had the privilege to live in a lovely mountain top villa overlooking the Mahavelli River which is one of the reason, why i am interested in this new project with a similar spectacular view. Of course, you will be more than welcome there at any time.
In the West people had to emancipate themselves from the mental boundaries of religion. But thanks to rebel artists like the Rolling Stones and some writers things had changed rapidly in the 60s.
Much faster are developments in China and most other Asian countries. Probably spearheaded by the great Japanese film directors.
Most of my Western and Chinese pals in SL see a great dose of hypocrazy regarding the attitude of many men when it comes to the ladies.
Certainly there are loads of advanced males, who are not any different from most men in the rest of the world.

Well, on that note I concluded that its a mighty hard task to talk about stuff
yeah, that is amazing. Topics, that touch the real human side of people are hard to swallow whilst violence and atrocities have become kind of a normal part of life.
Carpet bombing, white vans, hacked to death and these ugly things are 'normal' issues, but abortion, a gay politician and mothers without baby are called a scam.
I am not a fan of gays at all, but for example the mayor of Berlin and the leader of the third eldest party in Germany are gay. They are well respected for their work and nobody minds, when they show up with their boyfriends.
Here in Thailand even these dubious Ladyboys are well respected and you can find them doing public jobs for Telephone companies, in department stores etc.
In both countries people have learned to look at the quality of their work and to leave these folks their privacy.
Nevertheless, i am more concerned about the women and it is a huge scam, that the absence of a father does become a problem.
Not only for my feel, Sri Lankan is missing positive rebels to trigger changes and to guide to a more free and conscious society.
Until that will happen, women will be worried when going out and men at young age will remain frustrated and be digging in porn and prostitution.
Not to mention the mature ones within unhappy and enforced marriages.

first ,,the Muslims must feel that they too are the owners of the island.
Muslims are spread all over the world.
How about the whole world enact SAudi Arabian LAws to make Muslims feel home.

How about the whole world enact SAudi Arabian LAws to make Muslims feel home.

Selfish Ltte tigers wanted the whole cake & did'nt give a damn for the feelings of the muslims. Now its too late as the STF has cleverly exploited the situation and acted with professionalism get into the hearts and minds of the people in the east.
Put Amparai & Batticaloa together there is 10700+ Sq. Miles
and Wanni& Killinochchi together has only 6600+ Sq. Miles.
By loosing the East, ltte has effectively lost the eelam and the people as well.

practicing politics for the sake of practicing will bring nothing for the Muslims. it is the job of the Muslims leaders to explore how they can contribute to unlock them selves. the Muslims should stop sitting on the fence for good.
It is unlikely that Tamil/Muslim unity can come about under the present Tamil/Muslim politico/military set up which has taken both communities on a confrontational path. The Muslims did not have to face Sinhala racism like the Tamils and the so-called liberation of the East has now turned the attention of Sinhala racism towards Muslims. When the Muslims feel the full force of Sinhala racism, they are sure to realise the need for unity with the Tamils.
The Tamils too will see the advantage of extending their hand towards the Muslims and both communities will realise that as long as they go on their different paths, they will end up losers to Sinhala racism. It is only through unity they can thwart the evils of Sinhala racism.
Already, there are signs of this happening with the formation of CMTPC whose report has been published in the Morning Leader. I have already give you the link for this.
An end to Sinhala racism and recognition of the Muslims by the Tamils as an independent community will surely usher in an era of peace and harmony in the country. |
