Tigeress

When you send monkey in cage stories to LNP next time try and pick one that will not boomerang and let all your efforts to put peace in pieces go down the drain!

Wick,

Obviously Tigy and LTTE supporters are worried over the situation, because they are not sure whether Pirabha actually giving them liberation.

Most of these guys are lost and torn and they try to put up a brave face.

It is really good to know how lucky we Sri Lankans are when compared to Iraqis!

Not a single American is there to voice for unprotected journalists or civilians in Iraq or does anything about their human rights violated!

JRJ,
What Pirabha or Pakaran doing to Tamil is none of our business? God or Dog believers always think god is in favor of them. You just ask a deaf or a blind person, who strongly believe in god, why god created you like this? He will definitely tell you that God have very good reason to do so and I will be the first one to go to haven. We are not sure what is going to happen after death or whether there is a next world or not.

Let God-believers believe in God! There is nothing wrong!

But one cannot give a blind eye to Dog-believers!

Law in SL

Sri Lanka is like a plantation that belongs to guys like Malaka and a few others who rule with guns, money and contacts.

That is the the most visual LAW. Police guys can go out and shoot around when being to drunk, loads of discos have no liquor license and spin money for the police.

Loads of Sinhala pimps sell kids under the eyes of the police.

Law only applies to the smallest fishes, big fishes enjoy a posh time.

SL troops continuing search operations in the Tharavikulama area uncovered a huge cache of arms yesterday (September 7). According to defence sources in the East, troops have found 53 rifles (T-56) with 64,900 rounds of ammunition and 680 mortar bombs (82mm) along with 1,260 chargers and 540 fuses.

Somebody's money going down the drain. Well.. not down the drain, gifted to SLA and might return in the near future with lethal consquences.

Tiger Lady

ltte will be a great military and a political force if there is some space for them to practice. their abilities will contribute so much to the island divided or not divided!

No doubt, LTTE military has proven to be very capable, creative and disciplined.

But the respect for that is deeply demolished by blowing up buses with civilians and not providing freedom of speech and other basic human rights to their own people.

Also the fairly ordinary criminal records all over the world are doing a lot of damage to their own case.

In a way LTTE and SLA are both very destructive and both should better start doing something for SL.

Carpet bombing at around $ 500 per explosive is robbing the state and the people as much as
LTTE is exploiting the Tamil diaspora.

Both armies are consisted out of Sri Lankans and shooting at each other does not speak for any of them.

... on yesterdays note about HSBC

this Bank has no links to the central government. It is 100% private, sophisticated ownership since 150 years, deep roots in the UK.

They are just happy making big bucks in SL using the desperate state of Mahinda's financial concept.

Such land is easy to sell to anyone once GOSL is fully bankrupt.

It won't take long until Mahinda will introduce a new currency to replace the Rupee.

Many countries have gone through such a procedure and it might be worth for everyone here to do some learning on this in order to minimize personal losses.

btw ... LTTE makes most money in the foreign, just like the Singhalese upper class.
