This is supposed to have happened on Monday at 6.00pm but no media has reported it yet - not the BBC, not the AP.
LNP carries it today, Wednesday after 10.00am. No idea when it was carried by the Tamilnet. I tried to access it but can't.
If it really happened, there must have been a big hoha among the Muslims. The few Muslim friends I checked with have not heard about this. I am still trying to verify.
The chances are this is a mischievous misinformation of Tamilnet. Will get back if I get further news. |
