This is very good.

By this way, GOSL can influence production in the Country itself. That provides jobs too.

GOSL should promote manufacturing inside the country. Export should be facilitated while Imports should be taxed highly.

	In fighting a guerrilla war SLDF should master tactics rather than holding large enemy territories ,it is different from fighting a conventional army.
