Well your calculation in wrong the LTTE numbers is higher now estimated around 45000 to 50000 comparing to 1998 era where majar war in history Jayasikurai taken place where LTTE only had 10000 to 15000 Cadres
SO you better understand it's hard for the SLa army to move in to Wanni where they have to Loose more soliders and weapons |

That's what they said before loosing Sampur, Vaharai, Mavilaru, Kanchikodichchiaru, and Thoppigala. Nothing new.
