The Media Centre for National Security (MCNS) says that the security forces have launched a humanitarian operation in the Silawathura area in the South of Mannar this morning (September 1).
Oops. LTTE can say good bye to this area as well. As FM already said, this is not an offensive operation, just a humanitarian operation. :) |
