A real peace will enable minorities to be free of the colonialism of the past.
A real peace will mean the minorities will be equal to the majority as Sri Lankans and not be dictated by.

Jacob, sorry to burst the bubble. But I am what I am. I am not interested in having multiple IDs. The rest of your assumptions are quite close to the mark. But I am not moonlighting as ThinKing or anyone for that matter. I am straight up and don't need multiple IDs to say what I have to say.
I just noticed this one while digging through the postings to know what this thing about PERA and Prof. Thenabadu. Did anyone suggested that you are me?? :D

Mahinda Rajapakse is spot on again.All the misfortunes of Tamils in the past two decades were due to Tamil Terrorism and the previous one's were due to selfishness of individual Tamils to enhance their political careers by bringing ethnic origin as baits which lead to communal violence.
On the other hand Ranil Wickremasinghe and his colleagues became traitors to the country in recent mud-slinging campaigns thus helping Mahinda Rajapakse and his government into a stronger and a much secure position.
Peace will prevail only after Tamil Terrorism is eradicated.I have no doubts that Mahinda will eradicate Tamil terrorism and bring peace to this glorious Sri Lanka or Ilam (Land of Sinhalese People). |

it seems there will be an election very soon! the paksas mission is accomplished successfully! the economy is gone 100 years back, pasaks offshore accounts are overflowing and more debts to the people.
more than 6000 peoples dead, 5000 odd disappeared , all for the jungle kudumpimalai and the invisible ltte still runs the north and east !
sinhalese found a leader who will screw them nicely!!
now . what sort of peace is he talking about?
