Anyone with a Youtube account can send a private message to the person who uploaded this video. Maybe one of us here who has a Youtube account could contact him & ask for more details about this family. I myself would only be too glad to do it.

Can we build a house for them by LNP name? Can we get Sri Lankan Bank or Construction company to built a house for them and contribute the money that going to cost for it.
This is good publicity for LNP.
We can send money to LNP.

This is the plight of ordinary sri lankans. some readers are willing to throw money to the poor hoping that poverty in sl would go away. nothing in sl going to change for another 50 years. whole system in sl must be change. all sri lankans are good at stealing, cheating, lying, ect, ect. some readers got upset when i said 'sri lankan if he/she could sell his/her own mother to make a buck'. it is very much true.
this woman and children are this way not of their doing, this is b/c every sl only care about themselves. you can't get anything done without paying a BRIBE. two years ago, lady working for people's bank stole my mother's pension. rather than getting rid of her they moved her to another branch. court case still going on.
sri lankans only care, if you drive a fancy/expensive car, ware nice clothes, nice job with a fancy title, have property, ect.....
i don't care what people say, please keep your money. even if you send money, someone their going to seal it.

MR B, this is good deed in deed. My heart goes out to those people. But this is just one of hundreds of thousands of cases like this. I have crissed cross Slanka from north to south and west to east, I have seen millions of people who are living in absolute poverty. I had had tears in eyes on many occassions. My words did not come out from my mouth to say what I wanted to say. There are places where people walk for miles and miles to fecth water and wood. Health care and schools are beyond their wildest dreams. They just survive from hand to mouth with one meal a day.
What is sad though is that successive governments are spending billions of rupees for the welfare of their MPs and officials and more on the war.
For poor families like that what is needed a job to earn some income not just hand outs.
I will cry today.

Do not make foolish statements like this...
You do not know who these Eelam people are and you do not seem to think they are human... the video looks like a human tragedy, regardless of they are Sinhalayas or Tamils, just by looking at the 'house' they live and seeing little girl.
I am sure that a legitimate Fund would see donations from Tamils, who have hearts and who understand human suffering!
