Most of the guys been hired to kill from the neighboring European countries to do the work to make sure no one can identify the thugs. Some even come from Canada to europe.
These sort of gang clash happen everywhere.
few weeks ago at Mariyans musical show in Melbourne Shinhala gangs fought each other .In sri lanka its common during festival seasons.Its our traditions among young sri lankans.Its comes from the low class to upper class young boys.
Good ex is This year ROY-THO big match. sri lankas best school boys fought each other(pera sir old school(RC) and moby's old school(STC)). low levels gangs, even army police guys clash each other at musical shows in lanka, and some even RAPE women on these special days as a revenge.
This has nothing to do with tigers.
young tamil boys have seen vilonce from young days, so thats the way some young single men behave when they leave their parents and settle in forign countries. Tamils have to work togeather with police to get rid of these gangs like what they did in Canada,

On Monday 14 August 2006, the Sri Lankan Air Force bombed a well-known orphanage in the Tamil North (Mullaitivu). There were some 400 schoolgirls who had gathered for instructions in First Aid and skills training. 51 children and 4 staff were killed on the spot and more than 129 injured, some critically.
Today is the first year anniversary of 51 innocent Tamil school children, who were killed by Mahinda Modapukse and the Sinhala Nazis. The Tamil mothers sacrificed their innocent children on the altar of the Sinhala Buddhist Chauvinism. The blood thirsty Sinhala animals that killed those innocent Tamil children must be punished.
Today all Tamils around the globe should touch their heart and remember those innocent children and make a vow to support Prabhaaran to defeat and chase the Sinhala thugs out of Tamil homeland. We cannot let the sacrifice of those innocent Tamil children go in vain.
The Curse of the Tamil children and the Tamil mothers will haunt the Sinhala race forever. If any Tamil is helping and supporting the GOSL, even after these killings, then he or she was not born to a real Tamil father.
