Well said!. Nothing but damned hypocrisy. Look at what this fellow writes.....
I had a big respect for Budhism and the Budhist country Sri Lanka. But I see killers in the name of Buddha.
Perhaps this fellow better go and see a doctor, for he's surely hallucinating if he is seeing 'killers in the name of Buddha'

Do'nt believe 'Patrani' knows anything about aircraft or associated systems .. the Mig-27 (derived from the Mig-23) is a truly 'great' aircraft. As 'Mig-29C' said: It is a-head of the 'Kfir-C2' when properly equipped. It is a 'dual role' aircraft - can be used as an 'interceptor' (take on an F-16, and give a 'good' account, when flown by a skilled pilot), or for 'Ground Attack' in the CAS role. More suitable for low-level 'Close Air Support', as the wings can be 'swung back' for optimum manoeuvrability.
This aircraft will remain on the 'active list' of those air forces which currently operate them, for many more years to come (what is at issue is the availability of maintenance spares .. and the Ukrainians are continuing to make them). 'Overhaul' costs', and Equipment 'up-date' costs would have accounted for the price difference between the earlier 'Offer', and the more recent 'Offer' (based on which, the purchase was made).
If the aircraft had no useful 'role' to play .. or were other-wise 'duds', Patrani (and others) have a 'case' to pursue .. as it is they are just like dogs 'howling at the moon'.
