Except me and my hubby. We never pay any bribes to get our work done.
I know the NGO/INGOs dollar kaakko's do this and that is most of things work in Lanka. I remember once my hubby had an argument over PC who wanted a bribe. |

At one moment in history UN's Kofe Annan had been proud, that that all International Tsunami donations had been transferred by the donors and that all money had been forwared to the suffering countries.
Sri Lanka had been in it with $2 billion because for example Thailand had not accepted any help saying, we do not need it, give it to Bangladesh, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Not to mention the Tsunami billions raised by private people in Europe and the US, the World Bank billions, regular donations by China, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia.
Donors, UN, HR, NGOS etc will love to hear, that the GOSL doesn't need anymore devilish Westerners etc.
Guess why, they have made enough cash already.

It seems to be a key factor in the 2500 years of great Sinhalese culture that so many here are very proud of.
In Mahinda's South you can hire someone for a bottle of cheap Arak in case you want to have someone killed. In Colombo Minister sons are allowed to kill anyone in Nightclubs without sanctions.
And where someone can even kill 17 aid workers without a problem there is no law, justice or any other element of an advanced, civilized society.

What are we talking about?
MR got caught red handed while keeping some money in his sister's account.Nobody knows the total they pocketed out of this tsunami aids.Government could have given a much better life for sri lankans out of billions what we got.some people still in the camps and having a misserable life.
it is a just a one reason why some brainy people defeted this fake hero during the last election.
people who support this criminal, responsible for these disasters in Sri lanka, |
